"Shoddycloth", a David Feltham designed fractional rig with fin keel and spade rudder. Purchased by current owners in 2013 and has undergone extensive work, new standing rigging, and replacement engine. NOW REDUCED. The Seal 28 is quite a substantial cruising yacht and packs a lot of accommodation into a 28 foot hull, including an aft cabin. The lifting keel with its min draft of 30" has been really useful, max draft is 4ft 9". I have owned the boat for nearly 10 years and only giving up due to a worsening shoulder injury, which means I am unable to sail. During this time I have steadily replaced many items. The last survey report said that she is considered to be in good order with evidence of good maintenance. There is evidence of minor stress cracking but remedial wor... read more

EASTER is a beautiful and much loved Buchanan 35' Bermudan Sloop built in 1960. A classic with unusually high 6’4 headroom throughout and built mainly of teak including the hull planking. I’ve owned her for 12yrs and have had many beautiful trips whilst restoring her both inside and out. In 2020 she was upgraded with new Sanders mainsail, genoa and Noble mast and has a replacement Yanmar 3JH4E engine and new electrics. She is a stunning yacht with strength as well as performance and comfort. She always feels safe, no matter what the weather throws at you due to her solid c... read more

Vertue Yacht No 40 1951   £15,500
The Vertue is one the most iconic British yacht designs of all time, examples of which have voyaged the world and proved themselves as incredible sea boats with capabilities far beyond their size.  This particular boat, Laurent Giles Vertue V40, is a very nice example, that has benefited from a regime of continuous maintenance and light use. Designed by Laurent Giles and built by Stebbings of Burnham on Crouch in 1951.  She was built for the Festival of Britain exhibition in 1951 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Festival_of_Britain) as an example of top class British boat building a... read more

The video shows the cockpit tent whist we are sitting out a F8 Gale. The Gib'Sea 41 is part of a range that Dufour Yachts built when they took over the Gib'Sea brand in 1997. She is one of the last "Solid" yachts before they started skimping on the fittings and layout. She as been our family cruiser for 16 years and it is time for someone else to love her. We have looked after well, serviced her regularly during that time. She is an honest boat and ready to go. She has three double cabins plus the saloon, two heads, with showers one en-suite. There is a good sized ... read more

Sigma 33   £21,950
One of the last Sigma 33s built by MARINE PROJECTS LTD. Her first owner was the famous David Hopkins, hence the orignal name "Surveyor of Hamble". This boat never got the hard sailing that can be got from class sailing, which is the reason why i bought it. Sigma 33's are a fine well known design. From a racing point of view the SIGMA 33 OOD is capable of holding its place. As a cruiser it has the right design to be able to keep you safe if you should happen to be caught in foul weather. Hull Number: A 3334 Year of build 1990 - year commissioned 1991 ADDITIONS/UPGRADES: ... read more
