Classic clinker built sailing boat based on a traditional Orkney Yole. Approximately 12 feet in length oak on larch and Gunter rigged. Built in 1967 by L Robson of South Shields. She is the last of two boats built for the playing fields commission for the local “sea guides”.
I have much of the original procurement letters, her original name was “Delhi” when I purchase the boat she was called “Sparrow”
