Katie is a well built, sturdy Typical of all LMs. Built 1980, used as a riverboat until 2009 when it was fully rigged. BUKHDV20 was rebuilt in 2015. The boat has been extensively updated with a total cockpit re-varnish. It was given new standing rigging in 2021 and guard wires in 2024.The hull was given full epoxy treatment in 2009.
