A popular medium sized cruiser with a good turn of speed, this example has been in the same ownership since 1992 and is a regular race winner locally. Nicely presented with an extensive range of sails & 2013 standing rigging, this vessel feels spacious, clean and dry down below. The lines lead aft to enable single handed sailing if required. The hull was scrubbed, stripped and re-epoxied in 2015 whilst the 8hp Yamaha engine was serviced over the 2018 / 2019 winter period. Relaunched and ready for the season ahead, an early viewing of this vessel is recommended. These boat details are subjec... read more

It s easy to see why the Fairline Targa 29 is such a popular sports cruiser. This example is looking particularly good. Clean & tidy with a high equipment spec, the owner has recently spent in the region of 10k maintaining & improving this vessel. Not only does it come with twin high performance Volvo Penta KAD diesel engines to give all the speed and performance you desire, a new bow thruster has recently been fitted to make berthing in windy / tight marinas an enjoyable experience too. Whilst out of the water in September/October 2018, two new Duo Props were fitted along with new throttl... read more

Designed by Bruce Roberts and constructed by the previous owner, this sturdy steel flybridge motor cruiser was sailed down from North West Scotland in 2017 and has undergone a period of refurbishment and improvement. She is looking good, clean, tidy and ready for new ownership. Powered by a 250 Hp Mercruiser diesel engine (with only 256 engine hours), fitted with a 3.5KVA generator and backed up by bow and stern thrusters for ease when marina manoeuvring, this twin helmed vessel is impressive. Externally the decks are easy and safe to move around. The large aft deck has a hoist for the outbo... read more

Sea Ray have managed to pack a lot of punch and positive traits into their pocket sized cruiser, the Sea Ray 240 Sundancer. Designed by Ed Dubois and built to have the edge over the popular Konsorts, both in performance and accommodation layout, the Westerly Merlin, although slightly smaller in length and beam, has a modern feel to it, looks good and is practical too. This fin keeled example has all the control lines leading aft to a deep and generous cockpit, the non slip deck is easy to move around and the sail cover and spray hood have been recently renewed. The accommodation benefits from both a fore and aft cabin, a separate heads compartment, a nav table complete with a Yeoman chart plotter (for those of us ... read more

Bought as a part of a retirement plan for some serious ocean travelling, this classic go anywhere cruising yacht is now up for sale. Designed by Alan Pape, with an aim of seaworthiness, passage making and long distance cruising in mind, he took ideas from Colin Archers wooden lifeboat designs, which have been said to be amongst the most seaworthy small boats ever built and developed them using modern ideas and materials. This produced strong, elegant cruising yachts that not only maintained their seakeeping abilities but were also substantially faster. With a heavily laid up GRP double ended... read more

Designed by the great Holman and Pye, these sleek and solidly built yachts are excellent sea boats. The Seamaster 925 is a well rounded yacht, ahead of it's time and good value for money. It has surprisingly roomy accommodation with good headroom and offers berths for 6 or 7 at a push. During the summer of 2019, this particular example has had a hull scrub, anti-foul and new anodes, the 2005 Diesel 19hp Volvo Penta engine has been serviced (the heat exchanger stripped, cleaned & new seals fitted), the keel bolts have been checked, a new outboard bracket has been fitted, the sails have been la... read more
