This little Gibsea offers excellent sailing properties and reasonable accommodation for her size. Ideal for a couple for coastal and cross channel work and room for a couple of kids and a dog too! Little used in recent years, sadly, due to ill health. A little tlc would be welcome, esp below the waterline where layer upon layer of A/F paint has built up but this is merely cosmetic. All in all this is a good looking and well put together little ship and broad horizons await her new skipper! These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered. Registe... read more

Our Cox 27 is a fine example of this well constructed and well maintained little motor sailor. Given her size she would make a splendid family cruiser for coastal and cross channel passages, with a degree of shelter and comfort that any pure sail boat (eg Centaur and more recent derivatives) couldn't hope to match. Like all Cox Marine products she was well designed and craftsman built at the outset and this shows in her having stood the test of time so well. She is currently in commission and afloat at Neyland Marina, Pembroke and close offers are invited. These boat details are subject to c... read more

I have known this Mirage 28 and her owners since she was new. She has been well cared for throughout her life and is in reasonable condition for her age. She is an easy boat to sail and handle. The accommodation comprises of a double berth in the forward cabin with the heads to port and a hanging locker opposite. In the saloon starboard side there is a settee berth and the galley with a large chart table and quarter berth opposite. There is ample space for the family and she is currently in the water ready for your inspection. These boat details are subject to contract. Note: Offers on th... read more

If ever the cliche' "a Proper Little Ship" meant anything then this must be it! She is a unique slice of yachting tradition harking back to a bygone era. She was designed and built by a local Engineering Company owner who's life has been tied up in this vessel for the last 41 years. She was 16 years in the build and he then spent 25 years sailing her, without an engine or any electronic nav aids. When I asked him about navigation aids his reply was to the effect that all a proper sailor needs is a compass, Walker log and lead line! His sextant and chronometer isn't for sale! She is Carvel sp... read more

A quality trailer sailor from a renowned designer and German builder, all Dehlers exude an air of quality and craftsmanship. This one is no exception! Well appointed for a trailed boat and with fairly new upholstery she also comes with two rudders, one fixed for berthing afloat, the other lifting. She is also mounted on a good quality braked road trailer. 375kg Iron keel (lifting) and 300kg of water ballast (automatic fill and easy empty) makes for a stiff windward performance and is simplicity itself to operate. Well worth a look if you fancy a sail boat to explore further afield than is poss... read more

The Moody 31 is a thoroughly well planned and executed cruising yacht with good accommodation for her size. Stepping aboard first impressions are of wide and secure side decks for moving forward and clean lines led aft for ease of handling sails; and with her in-mast main she's particularly attractive for short handed crews. A comfortable cockpit with plenty of stowage and a well sheltered companionway leads below to a pleasantly trimmed saloon, with a double aft cabin to starboard and nav station plus heads to port. Two saloon berths with a table to seat six and a generously proportioned forw... read more

The Halmatic 8.80 was a successful motor sailor from the seventies. She was designed by Camper Nicholson and built by Halmatic. She has a powerful engine, a deep safe cockpit which is roomy and comfortable and has bilge keels which give one the opportunity to dry out on sandy beaches, drying harbours or moorings. Internally there is ample room for the family or a large crew. In the forward cabin you can choose 2 single berths or a large double. The heads are located to port with a hand basin opposite and the saloon can sleep 4. The dinette converts to a double, there is a single berth to por... read more

Hurley Marine never built a bad boat and this chunky motorsailer is no exception to that rule! This must be one of the best, cleanest and nicely presented examples of the marque in the UK and if I was in the market for such I would be writing the cheque now, not tomorrow, now! Although an early 1970's design this yacht has been sympathetically refurbished and beautifully maintained. She might not win any races (unless you fire up the engine) but for coastal and cross channel cruising I'd happily settle for one of these. Roomy accommodation for her length, ample stowage, sea kindly and rugged a... read more

The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 32i is a modern cruiser that is easy to sail and handle. All control lines are brought aft to the cockpit. She offers a lot of internal accommodation and has a good sized cockpit with wide side decks and foredeck. The accommodation has six berths with forward and aft cabins with double berths and 2 settee berths in the main saloon. There is plenty of room around the cabin table for 6. The navigation position and good sized galley are to starboard with the heads portside. The boat is presented in good condition by her owner who has taken good care of her internally a... read more

The Spring 25 is an inventive design with her wing keel and twin rudders and was the star of the TV series Howards Way. She sails well and is a rewarding and responsive boat which is able to give a good account of herself if cruising or racing. This boat has been well cared for by her owner who is an experienced yachtsman and she has had a number of upgrades over the years. The accommodation comprises of a twin forward berth, 2 settee berths and the galley is to port. There is a chart table starboard and the heads are aft with a seperate double cabin aft. This is a vessel that deserves to be ... read more
