French production boatbuilders Beneteau require no introduction from me, having been in business since 1884! The First 40.7 was initially designed by Bruce Farr in 1999 and very quickly gained popularity with nearly 700 produced in total. I would imagine they are probably the best known of the cruiser-racers, they still turn up in numbers at club regattas all over the country and as a family cruising boat they offer excellent accommodation as well as being fun to sail
This 40.7 has had a good career under RORC, from channel races to Round Britain and Ireland and she's crossed the Atlantic t...

Beneteau introduced the First 27 in the 70's. The boat soon gained popularity as a fast cruiser/racer, equally adept at harbour hopping, coastal cruising and competitive regatta performances.
Delta of Venus benefits from a replacement Volvo Penta (2011) with low hours, only 218.5 recorded. She demonstrates minimal age related wear but otherwise appears a sound example, ready to use this summer.
Mast, standing rigging, main and head sails were all replaced with new in 2010.
The boat is currently afloat, easily accessible and ready for viewing. A popular style, ready for use this summer...

Boatshed Cornwall are delighted to list this Beneteau First 30, one of the original First designs of the late 70’s.
PRICE REDUCTION due to another yacht aquisition.
This Beneteau First 30 has a year of manufacture dated as 1980, yet really does feel much younger once onboard and down below. This fin keel, sloop rigged design can accommodate five persons in a quite spacious interior.
It is believed that this Beneteau First 30 underwent an extensive refurbishment during 2012 and the attention to detail is quite something. The quality and craftsmanship throughout this yacht is special...

The J24 is a responsive and interesting boat to sail. There is a good class association for the boat but she is also a very competitive boat for club racing. She has won the local midweek series against larger and more expensive competition.
She has a new sail with only 70 hours use which is not in class and a 2 year old 4 stroke Yamaha engine which has had very little use.
She does need a clean and tidy but is competitively priced.
These boat details are subject to contract.
Note: Offers on the asking price may be considered.

The Robber 3E is one of the most successful Quarter Tonner designs. This rare 'bubbletop' version provides increased sail area with plenty of sails included. As a light displacement cruiser, the boat provides numerous attractive sailing options, from competitive club racing to coastal cruising.
The boat is nicely presented and appears in good condition externally and would only require a few cosmetic touches, internally, for cruising purposes. The boat has also benefitted from a previous refurbishment.
When I visited the boat I was impressed by the quality of the potential sailing per...

This looks a good example of this popular Beneteau First 28 marque, which the owner still sails regularly. It is the fin keel version. He is seeking a larger boat for him and his crew.
Beneteau Firsts are known for their performance in light airs and handling in stronger winds.
The interior is well cared for and features six berths.
The upholstery looks in good condition.
The deck and exterior is clean and free from bumps and abrasions and there is a comprehensive range of navigation equipment.
The galley is compact but comprehensive with plenty of storage.
It has the usual...
