This is a fine example of the much sought after Colvic Watson 31.6. Nimrod is a long keel, heavy displacement motor sailer with upgraded navigation equipment and is sturdy and safe to go anywhere. The, very handy, bow thruster ensures you can get into the tightest spot even when single handed.

In the late 1960's two naval architects (David Freeman and Gordon Wyatt) were searching the UK for a GRP motor sailer; a boat like that of the Scandinavian designs which did both sailing and motoring properly and were frustrated that nothing matched their (fairly exacting) standards.
