The Westerly Griffon was the worthy successor to the phenomenally popular Centaur. She’s built with Westerly’s characteristic solidity: for example, the deck-gear and ground tackle looks suitable for boats at least one size up.
On deck there is a good-sized, deep, cockpit; four substantial winches and all lines led aft. The transom-hung rudder’s tiller folds up to maximise space in the cockpit. All in all, this is a practical and attractive yacht whose capabilities exceed her comparatively diminutive size.
