Vertue yachts by design date back to 1937. Designed by Laurent Giles. With many variations built over the years. Obviously originally in wood!
The Vertue 11's are built from fibreglass and were made from the 1970s using the well proven hull profile.

The inside is lovely and dry and well ventilated.

Usual lighting improved greatly with discreet LED strips which are dimable.
Fortress and 10kg Delta anchors. Warp and chain for main and kedge. I keep the Fortress on the bow but these two anchors are both of a good quality and easily interchangeable.
Main anchor chain is 20m chain and 60m warp. Kedge is 15m of each,

New alternative main sail. - Brand new - Made by Hyde. Fully battened. Shorter in the luff and the foot with more roach but sits nicely inside the backstays.
Used on the 15th May for the 1st time. This comes as well as the full main as shown.
