1986 Northshore Southerly 115 MK1. These are very well known capable cruising boats. Its lifting keel & generous accommodation make the Southerley 115's a good cruising choice.
The Bukh engine is freshwater cooled, and serviced every year. She has received a few upgrades over the years, such as in mast reefing, hot water calorifier, full size toilet & recent refurbishment of the keel head and pennants.
She is fitted out with a hard wood interior, and Cream upholstery in good condition.
Viewing is highly recommended to understand the size of this boat.
Rutland Wind Generator and Solar panels are fitted to keep the batteries charged up, as well as 240v hookup and a battery charger.
