Description

Exeter Port Authority currently seeking bids for the have the sailing vessel Roskilde. This boat is sold ‘as seen.’
The vessel is therefore for sale via a sealed bids process. If you are interested in bidding for this vessel it can viewed from a pontoon berth at the Turf Locks on the Exeter Ship Canal from the by appointment.

Any potential purchaser is welcome/strongly advised to have their own survey completed prior to submitting a bid. The deadline for bids is 12pm on the 20th of December 2024. Please note that any bids received after the deadline will not be considered.

The boat will need to be removed from the Exeter Canal (it is presently moored close to Turf Locks) by the purchaser at their own expense by the 31st of January, 2025.

Please submit your bid after reading the Conditions of Sale Notice and using the Form of Offer paperwork (which is available from the Exeter Port Authority Canal Office).
