Description
Harrison Butler Russia Design for sale lying Salcombe, with Devon Boat Sales. This is the only known example of Harrison Butlers Russia design and has a fascinating story "Freiga" was initially started in 1929 at Coves in Salcombe however during the second World War a bomb destroyed the boatyard in which she was being built, although she remained standing amidst the chaos, she was for many years known as "The Yacht" she was then moved to Uphams of Brixham to be completed in 1952. The current owner had a new teak deck fitted in 2014, due to ill health she isn’t looking as wonderful as she once did in her current ownership, but she deserves a new owner to take up the mantle.
