Accommodation

Professionally re upholstered all in good order. Floor has been re-laminated Leather navigators seat also in good order. All soft furnishing removed and stored ashore for winter lay up.
Galley:- Fridge, cool box reinsulated and cooling plate installed with compressor in cupboard below sink control in cupboard. Nelson 2 burner stove with separate grill and oven. Lids fitted to double sink and over cooker to increase work top area.. Pressurised cold water tap. 240v socket for kettle when shore power connected.
Heads:- Chemical toilet meets holding tank requirements for cruising abroad as holding tank had been removed. No odours associated with a sea toilet. Sea toilet could easily be reinstated if required.
