The 21 a step up from the 19 and very enjoyable for the weekend stop over. A surprisingly roomy boat, a real pocket cruiser. 19 and 21 are classic in every sense of the word. They feel safe, secure at sea and sail remarkably well against many other types, and always with that Cornish Crabbers distinctive look!

You ll be impressed with the engineering that goes into every Shrimper. The quality of the layup and strength of the hull and mouldings; cleats and fittings designed to exceed the work they will do. Inboard Yanmar 1GM diesel with easy to use controls led to the cockpit, or emerging now, electric inboard engines that offer a special solution particularly in estuary, broads and river home ports.

Down below, surprisingly spacious accommodation or just somewhere to take a sandwich. Beautifully designed and finished with several options available and so built to a great extent to owner requirements.

Choice of varnish or painted interior finish with Iroko or Oak trim options
Internal cushions with optional colours.

Construction

Hand laid GRP hull, deck and interior mouldings.
Decks are Off White with optional 2 tone non slip colours in grey or parchment.
Standard hull colours are any combination - Off White, Dark Blue and Dark Green with contrasting waterline.
Hull and deck joint is by way of a 'biscuit tin' joint with GRP internal bonding.
External hard wood rubbing bands.
The Hull is complete with moulded mini bilge keels and a galvanised steel lifting centre plate.
Laminated plywood rudder with lifting stainless steel plate, stainless steel hangings and tiller hood.
Wooden tiller.

Equipment

6 Stainless steel mooring cleats.
Pivoting bow sprit with stainless stem and tack fittings.
Strong stainless steel tabernacle.
Single elliptical port light into cabin space.
Sliding GRP hatch garage with varnished wooden wash boards.
Top quality deck gear with adjustable sail trimming cars and tracks and associated jammers

Yanmar 1GM inboard diesel engine with a fixed plastic diesel tank and gauge.

Sails, Spars and Rigging

The main mast and spars are from Sitka Spruce, treated with Sikkens as standard.
The standing rigging is in 1 x 19 stainless wire and all bespoke mast fittings are in stainless steel.
Sails are available in dark tan or cream and include mainsail & jib.
Furlex reefing spar.
All associated ropes and blocks.
