Blue Lagoon Marine, the exclusive Cornish Crabbers representative is now ready to take new boat orders for the new season, built to your exact specification. The flag ship of the Cornish Crabber line-up. This is a true classic and based on the Pilot craft that many years ago raced into the channel to pilot in larger ships. All of that history seems to have been encapsulated into the design and from the moment you step aboard you will experience a feeling of great strength and quality. Two versions are offered for the layout below: a forward heads and shower area to given 4 berths or the double forward to give a 5 berth option. With a clever redesign of the deck layout, full headroom below is now offered together with practical deck foot support at the mast: these changes greatly enhancing the lines and appeal of this classic yacht.

A powerful 29hp Yanmar offers 6 knots motor work and you might find motor sailing a practical way of making distance or beating a foul tide. Bowsprit retraction and lifting are offered to keep down the marina bills: and as you would expect a full range of equipment options. Just specifying your Pilot Cutter 30 will have your heart racing never mind those days stepping on board this classic yacht.

Construction

Hand laid GRP hull & deck mouldings.
Decks are Off White with optional 2 tone non slip colours in grey or parchment.
Standard hull colours are any combination - Off White, Dark Blue and Dark Green with contrasting waterline.
Hull and deck joint is by way of a 'biscuit tin' joint with GRP internal bonding.
External hard wood rubbing bands.
The Hull is complete with a galvanised steel lifting centre plate.
Timber rudder with stainless steel hangings and tiller hood.
