18ton Alan Buchanan Blue Water Bermudan Ketch. A modern classic. Built by Saundersfield of Wales.She has been in the same ownership for over 20 years.
2017-18 she was in a boat shed,undergoing major works, her decks were replaced, laid Iroko 23/4inch thich x 1 3/8ths planking and much of the aft wheelhouse. In turn this work lead to the interior all being refurbished. She was surveyed on completion of this massive project.
She offer generous headroom throughout. 4 berths in two cabins.
A large ex MOD Ford 360Series D6, straight six diesel engine was installed sited in a sound proofed engine casing, during the refit...very few hours have been added ( 90 hours) since it's installation.
She is now back in the water and in commission

There has been the replacement of new teak wind screens to the aft deck house, with an oiled finish.

Headroom is ample throughout the vessel at its lowest she offers 6ft.
Accommodation is forward of the enclosed wheel house. Lower deck open up to a large saloon with integral galley. There is a double cabin aft and two single berths forward . A drop-leaf dining table in the saloon drops down to create further berthing , if required.
