Sails: Slab reef East coast main, Kemp sails furling Genoa with new UV strip and one spinnaker all in good condition
Deck Gear includes 6 winches, Anchor, various sheet and halyards, sail cover, washboard cover, fenders and warps. Standing and running rigging all in good condition.
Accommodation; setup to accommodate 5 in two cabins with a separate heads. Cooker with two burner, and grill. sink with manual pumped fresh water system from a flexible water tank.

Westerly Nomad, "Derrymore"
She is a sound example of this popular solidly built bilge keel cruising 22ft yacht. She is in the water at Cardiff Bay Yacht Club. Over the past five years she has been used as a family boat in Cardiff Bay. She is ideal as a first time yacht to sail in the safe enclosed waters of the Bay, or even start racing with. She draws little water and so can sail the entire Bay.
A battened on-boom furling mail sail and a selection of genoas are in usable condition. She has an inboard Volvo Penta Engine. Hull laid down in 1969
She is in serviceable condition and sails for an hour or two most weekends. The engine has never let us down.
We would consider a reasonable offer on our asking price, and would be happy to take you out for a sail prior to purchase.
